How do I change my settings?
If you are a registered user, all your settings are stored in the personal dashboard. To alter them, visit your User Control Panel; a link can usually be found at the top of board pages. This system will allow you to change all your settings and preferences.
I've lost my password! What do I do?
Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. Visit the login page and click I've forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again shortly.
Do I need to register?
Registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as access to channel data, ability to post a question on the helpdesk. It only takes a few moments to register. So why not
try it?
What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each website can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Each web site can only access

Why am I having problems accessing content while logged in?
If you are having trouble accessing content while signed in then clear your browser's cookies. Difficulty may vary depending on the browser you are using.
